Refund policy
- If you change your mind, receive a faulty product, or find that the item does not match the description as listed, we allow refunds or exchanges, subject to the following conditions.
- Only item(s) purchased from www.sheerindia.in are eligible for return or exchange.
- Requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and before installation.
- We accept a one-time exchange for item(s) that have not been installed and are in their original packaging, with all tags attached and any gifts with purchase (if any) included.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability after an exchange request is submitted via email to info@sheerindia.in
- Please contact us via email on info@sheerindia.in or 9958343917 to initiate a return or exchange request before making any return arrangements.
- Items must be returned to the Sayamam Products LLP office with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping & for the shipping costs.
- All returned products will be inspected for condition and quality upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any requests if the item(s) do not meet the requirements outlined above.
- Once the return policy conditions are met, we will process an exchange or refund within 14 working days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or by initiating website credit whatever the customer chooses.
- Refunds will only include the product costs. Ancilary costs such as handling fees, shipping, platform fees, remote area surcharge etc will not be refunded.

- Only items purchased directly from our official website, www.sheerindia.in, are eligible for this returns and exchange process.
- You must notify us of your request for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- Crucially, returns and exchanges will not be accepted once an item has been installed.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be unused and uninstalled.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- Any promotional gifts or complimentary items included with the purchase must also be returned.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

- Exchange Stock: All requests for an exchange are dependent on current stock availability at the time the request is processed.
- Return Shipping: Items must be shipped back to the Sayamam Products LLP office along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item(s).
Processing and Inspection
- Upon receipt, all returned products will undergo a thorough inspection for condition and quality to confirm they meet the above requirements.
- We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item(s) do not meet the outlined conditions (e.g., if they show signs of installation or use).
- Once the returned item(s) are approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued either back to the original payment method used for the purchase or as website credit, based on your preference.
Cancel Order
- For cancellation order, please contact us before your order shipping day or installation day and subject to our written approval and additional charges may apply.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
